Set your circular saw to the depth on the right side and cut waste lines you marked. Cut a series of parallel lines on 12 mm spacing between the marks of accommodation and knock out the waste. Smooth each case with a chisel and rasp.
2. Cut to length front and rear of the upper and lower rails together in their house and pin in place with nails. Drill through both legs and rails, as shown and bolt rails to the legs. Frame control is determined by measuring the squareDiagonal.
3. Cutting pliers and side rails of the chassis front and rear, drilling, and then insert the screws longer. Tighten all nuts and not seek the rock table.
4. Cut four brackets at the corner angle of 45 degrees. A miter saw will be useful for this or a circular saw about 45 degrees. Screw brackets, instead of flush with the upper guide. At this stage, within the Bank should be in a completely rigid.
5. Cut the bottom shelf to match the dimensions of the bank. Notch outClear 35mm x 133 mm in every corner for the legs. The shelf can be screwed in place or lose.
6. Cut five pieces for the top. They move on to obtain a good fit for the borders and keep them in place with a nail. Screw on the bench frame with 100 mm screws, two at each end, just sunk below the surface. Use a level of smooth, non-serious irregularities.
7. Preparing to stop a bank, as explained in detail. Find the center to measure and 60mm and 200mm from one end of a length of 90 millimetersx 35mm pine. Drill a hole diameter of 8 mm in these points. Draw two lines, holes and cut along the lines with a jigsaw puzzle to form a crack. Facilitating the cut with a file or a strong chisel. End Bevel to 45 degrees. Cut Bank to a length of 300 millimeters.
8. Locate the bank stop wherever you want. Generally favor the right hand stop on the left side of the counter and handed the contrary. Be sure to avoid parentheses. Keep a stop at the bank's front rails and brandedaround them at the bottom to the top bench. Transfer form for the top of the bank.
Drill two holes in opposite corners and cut a rectangular hole. Set to stop the bank and ensure that glides smoothly. Personalize with a file or a chisel if necessary. Press to stop the bank, so it is flush with the top bench and drill a hole through the railing at the top of the slot. Insert a carriage bolt with a washer and wing nut, so that the bank is brought to stop and a bit 'low.
OnOn average, work benches are not complete, ie do not apply paint or a clear surface, so that this does not mark the end of other objects, which are built on the bench.
